Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If when you receive your order, you find a fault or damage making the item unfit for purpose, please inform us immediately by e-mail and supply a photograph of the damage. (This will enable a potential claim to the Royal Mail for damage compensation). We will refund the purchase price fully including the cost of postage.
If you simply change your mind upon receiving the order, then please inform us within 14 days. In this case, please return the item at your own cost to the address we will provide. We will fully refund the purchase price (plus the postage cost of the original delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods in their original condition.
