After you purchase an item you will recieve an order confirmation. You will also recieve a second e-mail when the oder has been posted with a tracking number. Please remember to check your spam folder in case the messages go there. If there is any problem please e-mail me via the contacts page.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If when you receive your order, you find a fault or damage making the item unfit for purpose, please inform me immediately by e-mail (using the contact page of this website) and supply a photograph of the damage. (This will enable a potential claim to the Royal Mail for damage compensation). I will refund the purchase price fully including the cost of postage.

If you simply change your mind upon receiving the order, then please inform me within 14 days via the contacts page of this website. In this case, please return the item at your own cost to the address I will provide. I will fully refund the purchase price (plus the postage cost of the original delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods in their original condition.
